Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

1. Click & Collect Availability

Click & Collect is available on selected products and at selected pickup locations only. Availability is subject to stock levels, warehouse capacity and operational requirements.

Cassa Vida reserves the right to decline, cancel or amend a Click & Collect order where collection is unavailable, impractical or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative collection arrangement, delivery option or refund.

2. Placing a Click & Collect Order

Customers may select Click & Collect during checkout where available.

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not mean the order is ready for collection.

Customers must wait until they receive a separate "Ready for Collection" email before attending the pickup location.

3. Collection Notification

When your order is ready, we will send a "Ready for Collection" email containing collection instructions and a collection reference number.

Customers must not attempt to collect their order until this notification has been received.

4. Collection Timeframe

Orders must be collected within 5 business days of the "Ready for Collection" email being sent, unless otherwise agreed by Cassa Vida.

If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team before the collection period expires to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

5. Collection Requirements

To collect an order, customers must present:

  • Their order confirmation or Ready for Collection email;

  • The collection reference number; and

  • Valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the order.

Cassa Vida reserves the right to refuse collection where sufficient identification or proof of purchase cannot be provided.

6. Collection by an Authorised Representative

If another person is collecting the order on behalf of the purchaser, they must provide:

  • The collection reference number;

  • Their own valid photo identification; and

  • Written authorisation from the purchaser confirming they are authorised to collect the order.

Cassa Vida may refuse collection where adequate authorisation cannot be verified.

7. Vehicle and Transport Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they attend the collection location with a vehicle that is suitable for the size, weight and quantity of goods purchased.

Product dimensions are available on individual product pages and should be reviewed before collection.

If the goods cannot be safely loaded into the customer's vehicle, collection may be refused and alternative arrangements may need to be made at the customer's expense.

8. Loading Assistance

Where available, Cassa Vida staff may assist with loading goods into a customer's vehicle.

Any such assistance is provided at the customer's request and discretion. Customers remain responsible for ensuring goods are appropriately secured for transport and for complying with all applicable road transport and safety requirements.

Cassa Vida is not responsible for damage arising from the transport, handling or securing of goods after collection.

9. Safety Requirements

For safety reasons, customers must follow all directions provided by warehouse and collection staff.

Collection locations may contain forklifts, trucks, machinery and other operational hazards. Access to certain areas may be restricted.

Cassa Vida reserves the right to refuse entry or collection where a customer fails to comply with safety instructions or behaves in a manner that may endanger themselves, staff or other visitors.

10. Inspection of Goods

Customers are encouraged to inspect their goods at the time of collection.

Any visible damage, missing items or discrepancies should be reported to staff before leaving the collection location where reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section affects any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Uncollected Orders

If an order is not collected within 5 business days of the "Ready for Collection" email and no alternative arrangement has been approved by Cassa Vida, the order may be cancelled and returned to stock.

A restocking fee of up to 5% of the order value may be deducted to cover administration, handling and inventory management costs.

Any remaining refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of cancellation.

12. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection from the pickup location.

From that time, the customer is responsible for the transport, handling and storage of the goods.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Click & Collect Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
