One of the stools turned

One of the stools turned up damaged.
To be honest I thought here is where the nightmare starts.
I was truly blown away with the customer service.
The customer service team back to me straight away and I had a replacement stool in 48 hours.
I really think that’s the mark of a great online company. Not being perfect but if something isn’t right or goes wrong how you deal with the issue.
I highly recommend these guys. Stools agre great too :heart_eyes:
