Cassa Vida Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available on only some of the Cassa Vida range (not all) and is only available in selected locations.

To order Click & Collect please contact the sales team through our webchat or phone. You will need your postcode and exactly you would like to order. 
If you are eligible for Click & Collect they will then give you a special Click & Collect code to enter in the shopping cart.

We offer Click & Collect where we can and apologise if it is not available in your area.

Terms & Conditions of Cassa Vida Click & Collect ….

• Once advised via email your order is ready for collection you have 72 hours to collect your order.
• If you order is not collected within 72 hours of a order ready notification it is put back into stock and a 5% restocking fee applies.
• You will be emailed detailed instructions of our Click & Collect procedures. These need to be adhered to at all times as our warehouse/dock is a very busy area with trucks and forklifts etc.

Things you need to bring ….

• A vehicle big enough to carry the items you are collecting. Your ready for collection email will have details of box dimensions etc.
• A copy of your Cassa Vida order and the VSO number that will be on the ready for collection email
